Generous sized brand-new rooms, luxury bathroom, astonishing breakfast. Luggage storage, a balcony, and a mini bar - very useful.

All in all room was huge and impeccably clean; also provided a bath. The breakfast served in the restaurant was delicious and sensational and the ambience was quiet. Really enjoyed fast check-in and late check-out. The staff were really kind and nice, and the services were excellent.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Totally recommend for a weekend break

Friendly staff, comfortable room, and convenient location made our stay enjoyable, with the underground station just a short walk away and good breakfast options to start our day.

I really enjoyed the warm welcome from the staff upon arrival. The spaciousness of my room was excellent, with tall ceilings that added to the comfort. The bathroom had good amenities, and the mini fridge was handy for keeping drinks cool. The location stood out. Just a short walk from Wittenbergplatz underground station. The lack of air conditioning made the summer heat a bit uncomfortable. It would have been great to have a ceiling fan or something to cool down. The dim lighting in the room was also an issue. It was difficult to see clearly, especially in the bathroom. Although the housekeeping was attentive, I noticed my bed wasn't was great. The friendliness of the staff and the spacious room.

Room cleanliness, comfortable beds, breakfast, responsive staff, room cleaning, change of towels daily. The hotel itself is clean and cozy.

It's a very small parking lot.

Room size is excellent, as is the cleaniness and location of the hotel.Reception staff knowledable and helpfull regarding the local area, transport, and theatre reservations.Breakfast is very varied and plentiful.This is the third time I have stayed here during the last eight years and these standards have not deteriorated.

Following the above comments all I would say here is the decor is now a bit tired.

We stayed in a spacious Family Room, perfect for our large family. Eating at the restaurant was a delight. We loved the tasty dinner options. The location was convenient for exploring the city. Plus, the check-in process there was surprisingly smooth.

My kids wished for more pillows for comfort.

The location is great, very close to KaDeWe and my favorite restaurants, though don't go to local ones. The staff are friendly, the room is ok

The breakfast was very poor. During my stay I couldn't find the stairs and the elevator was very slow. Also was weird - the room was lighted with only two bedside lamps - if you're a passionate reader, that's just not your case. But that's all I can think of as disadvantages

Left your stuff behind, took a walk. We've even moved in before. Breakfast is excellent.
